Business Owners and Executives
Clarify roles, establish a common understanding, and organize responsibility for the use of AI in the workplace in a transparent manner.

EU AI BASICS COURSE · B2B · IN-PERSON
A compact, six-hour in-person course for businesses, the skilled trades, the food industry, and the education sector. Tool-independent, easy to understand, and relevant to real-world work contexts.
AI does not determine how it is used. People review, decide, and take responsibility for the outcome.
From the first use of AI to transparent human accountability.
THE SPECIFIC OCCASION
AI can generate texts, plans, proposals, and phrasing in a short amount of time. However, whether the output is appropriate from a technical standpoint depends on the specific product, work, and organizational context.
Persuasive language is no guarantee of accuracy. Incorrect product information, inappropriate work instructions, distorted personnel texts, or fabricated connections can arise if no one checks the purpose, source, plausibility, and consequences.
The course therefore does not focus on any single software program. It establishes a common foundation for the responsible use of AI: contextualizing applications, identifying risks, reviewing results, making decisions, and documenting the workflow in a transparent manner.
WHO THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED FOR
The focus is on organizations that already use AI for text processing, planning, communication, quality assurance, or education. The specific implementation is tailored to the target audience, the task at hand, and the organizational context.
Clarify roles, establish a common understanding, and organize responsibility for the use of AI in the workplace in a transparent manner.
Align texts, offers, and communications with the actual product information and the specific customer context.
Identify plans, SOPs, and instructions as AI-generated drafts and review them for technical and operational accuracy before use.
Clearly explain responsible use and take into account the participants’ varying levels of knowledge.
AI LITERACY IN THE WORKPLACE
Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 defines AI competence in terms of knowledge, experience, training, and the operational context of an AI system.
In a business context, this means that not everyone needs IT training. What matters is which tasks are supported by AI, what risks may arise in the process, and who is responsible for the use of the results.
PRACTICE AND RESPONSIBILITY NAVIGATOR
Select a step. The corresponding responsibility will be highlighted in all practical examples. All content remains visible at the same time.
Clarify the purpose and identify where AI can assist with a design, an analysis, or a formulation.
SCHEDULE OF THE SIX IN-PERSON CLASSES
The six subject areas form the core curriculum. Within the B2B framework, their weighting is tailored to roles, knowledge levels, and specific tasks. The result is not rigid tool training, but a clear and understandable workflow.
What AI is, what it can do, and where linguistically convincing outputs should not be confused with technical accuracy.
The scope and relevance of the AI Act with regard to Article 4, as well as the importance of knowledge, experience, training, and operational context.
Who uses AI, who reviews the output, and who decides how it will be used in each specific business task?
Real-world scenarios from the trades, the food industry, communication, organization, quality, and education.
Identify and professionally evaluate hallucinations, biases, misinterpretations, and aspects relevant to accountability.
Document the use of AI, cross-checking, and human decision-making in a way that ensures the workflow within the company remains traceable.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING
The course establishes a common language for implementation, auditing, and accountability. The specific B2B framework determines which records and forms of documentation are appropriate for the business.
A clear decision-making process rather than simply using a tool
Ability to distinguish between hallucinations, biases, and misinterpretations
Greater reliability when reviewing texts, plans, and standards
A Clear Framework for Roles, Cross-Checks, and Accountability
Starting Points for Internal Documentation in Your Own Work Context
